LOVE this place! Great food, great staff and lots of fun! Every family member loves this place and the food was all so good. Great place to go before or after the movies!

The past three times I have ordered take out from the BWW on Holly are in Grand Blanc, MI, the service has been horrible and the order has been wrong. We have repeatedly had to go over the items before we leave and have often had to redo some of them. The last time I was told that my order would be ready in 20 minutes but it was nearly an hour later and it was still not ready. I saw the cashier ring up four people before me even though they came in later than me. Frustrated and tired of the poor service. No assistance from management either.

Pretty much what you would expect from a chain restaurant. The food isn't bad, good beer selection (although a bit pricey even for chain prices), and for the most part the service isn't too bad. However, the main problem I've noticed numerous times is the horrible service later in the night. Just the other night, our server had to tab us out because his shift was over (fair enough, totally understanding of that, he did a good job). They were open for another 2 hours at this point. The girl that took over, Nicole, had a HORRIBLE attitude. She only came to our table once in 30 minutes, and when we ordered a drink she was clearly not happy we were still there and basically threw our change on the table. Very very disappointing. This isn't the first time something like this happened there. Bottom line; if you get paid to be at work, don't get pissed when someone orders a drink during a tigers playoff game while you're working at a sports bar.

I don't understand why anyone even goes here. If you want good wings, you can go to literally any Sports bar in town and get bigger, healthier looking wings for a lot cheaper. The wings are mediocre at best, and the sauce selection is nice. Here's my experience when I go there: -Beer served in warm glass -No plates! I asked the waitress if I could get a plate instead of trying to eat my dinner out of a basket with paper and she looked at me like I had two heads. she told me she wasn't even sure they had plates. -Want ranch? Extra $. Want celery? Extra $. My wings came coated in very little sauce and looked dry, so I asked the waitress if I could get some sauce on the side because there wasn't much on the wings. you guessed it... Extra $. I'm surprised they don't charge for napkins. In general, the food is way overpriced for what you get, on top of the extras you are going to get charged for. Believe me, sports bars' wings across America that are locally owned blow this place away. Pretty much any of them.

I started with a side Caesar salad with dressing on the side. The dressing was so vinagery I was leaning to think it a creamy Italian but it's dark enough in there I couldn't see it well. I ordered boneless wings with mild sauce, I've ordered here before but this time I just could not eat it. It was way too spicy for me. I brought it to the attention of our server and her response was that sometimes it comes that way. She offered to get me something else, I got no sauce with ranch on the side, the wait was literally 2 minutes I swear just screamed pre-made. The breading was so thick and fried hard that it was difficult to chew. All said I couldn't eat them and gave up, hubby will suffer them later he said. Soooo disappointed!!!!!! And just sayin $45 for a side salad 2 small orders of wings a regular onion ring and 2 beers!!! (Sigh)

This place sucks. My wife and I were here. For the 1st time to this location at about 2pm and we waited for 20-25 mins and never got waited on. Even after numerous wait staff passed by us. Look our way. But still never acknowledge us. I wouldn't recommend this place.

Not a huge fan......place is too loud for me. Food is OK for what is served, but I only stop in here on occasion as I think there are many better places around.

This Buffalo wild wings, although new, does not excite anybody. The reason being is because to go orders take 30 to 40 minutes to prepare. A to go order should be prepared within 15 minutes. Of placement. This buffalo wild wings does not do that. They just automatically put your order behind people who are dining in. As for taste, you should taste like any other Buffalo wild wings so days not much change from that. Therefore I decided not to order and leave of course I'm from a big city and this is little grand blanc. I may be biased.

I miss the old BW3 in East Lansing. This place just isn't the same. The wings are just as good, but it just seems too clean and corporate for me. Oh well. The wings are great and the beer selection is awesome. Try the "spicy garlic" wings with a Newcastle Brown.

This place was awful, even for a Buffalo Wild Wings. Beside the mediocre, over-priced food, my group and I went here for the first game in the ALDS to see the Tigers beat the A's. They have three projection televisions, all of which are misfocused, and project onto the wooden frame around the screen. The "manager" - some unattentive woman, not qualified to lead a parade - was rude and verbally abusive to her staff. The best (worst) part was that they didn't even know what channel the game was on. Almost everyone in the place was there to see the Tigers' game, so you would think a sports bar would at least know what channel it was on. I walked up on two different occasions to tell the manager-beast it was on Channel 247. The first time she ignored me and continued to scroll through the porn titles in the Cinemax channels (now my niece knows there's a movie called "Anal Sluts 3"), the second time she snapped back at me, and told me she was getting there. I replied "you're not even close, you idiot. Scroll through porn at home!" Eventually, someone with another chromosone took over, and the game came on three batters and one run into the game. This place is a poorly managed dump. The only highlight was our server. She did well despite working for an idiot.

Got takeout and it was delicious. Our desert heat wings had the original sauce on them and the potato baskets had no curious french fries tossed in. Happy!

I used to frequent this place with my wife. The service has always been good, friendly and fast. The food started out okay but over time the price seemed to creep up and the quality seemed to drop. But it is located right next to the trillium theater so it's a nice spot to stop before or after a movie.

Brand new B-Dubs right by the NCG theater in downtown Grand Blanc. Just like any other Buffalo Wild Wings, except when you have a few too many, you have the option of walking over and catching a movie before jumping in the car to drive home. Superb.

This is all about picking the right time to go. If its Friday or Saturday night, good look with the movie crowd. Sunday nights are excellent to spend some time here watching the game. I usually sit at the bar because if Star is working I know I will get a cold beer when it's time and she doesn't ignore any of her customers. She's top notch. I know this is a wing place, but I really love the burgers. Trying to think of another place in Grand Blanc that has better burgers....nope, there isn't one. So good staff, service, food, the only reason its not a five is there are times I go and cannot get a seat cause of the movie crowd.

Great food. Our server was fun. Took forever to get anything. They only had two servers for a huge restaurant?????

This BW's is a very good one. We stopped her for lunch and found the service is pretty fast even in a Sunday afternoon rush. Our food of wings and wraps were great! The wings are the highlife of my visit. I really like the many different flavors you can choose from now. They did change their pricing model for the wings now. There is no longer 10, 20, 50 wing packs; you now order small (greater than 10), medium (greater than 15), and large (greater than 20) wing orders. We got two of the medium packs and received 19 in one bunch and 18 in the other. That is ascent deal! We will go back to all BW3's even with this change.

In our culture of keeping business local this chain needs to step up their game. I would much rather have had Halo Burger than our meal here. Their food is starting to taste more like frozen meals heated up for your enjoyment. Wait staff is not sharp at all. Waitress told us it was happy hour dollar off beers but no discount was shown on the receipt. She was unable to be certain if they were discounted or not but uninterested in trying to find out the real answer. When I plop down $66 for lunch with my kids I would like a little effort and appreciation. All businesses need to take a cue from a chain like Chic-fil-a. There is one place where you will feel like a king for spending $5.

Don't know about the food left after sitting for ten minutes without service. Wasn't busy during lunch. Won't be back
